Entries Terms & Conditions:


  1. Any relevant products and services must have been available in the UK after September 2007
  2. Advertising and marketing campaigns must have run between September 2007 and July 2008
  3. Companies entered must have been trading in the UK for at least 12 months prior to the entry deadline
  4. Projects must have been completed between September 2007 and July 2008 and involve a UK-based implementation
  5. You may enter one or more of the categories
  6. All material submitted will remain strictly confidential to the judges
  7. Descriptions of submissions from winners and finalists will be published in connection with the Awards. Entrants may, however, mark certain sensitive parts of their entry 'not for publication' such as exact budget figures/financial results etc
  8. Entries may be withdrawn at any point up to 06 July 2008 upon written request. Please note, however, that entry fees are non-refundable
  9. The judges reserve the right to amend category selections where appropriate
  10. The judges reserve the right to disqualify any entry not accompanied by the appropriate supporting documentation.
  11. The judges’ decision is final in all cases
  12. Electronic (email) entries will not be accepted, other than for the Project Awards.
  13. Short-listed companies will be notified in advance of the presentation of awards
  14. The winner of each category will be announced at the presentation of the awards; under no circumstances will winners’ details be disclosed before that time
  15. No correspondence will be entered into
  16. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted under any circumstances
  17. Your entry must include the entry administration fee of £85+VAT (£99.88). The fee is payable for each entry made.
  18. Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by the entry administration fee and complete copies of the entry and supporting documents. No entry fee is applicable to student awards.
  19. Your entry will be acknowledged by email after the 06 July 2008 deadline.
  20. Entries must arrive by the entry deadline of the 08 August 2008

Table Sales Terms & Conditions:


  1. All payments for tables must be received in advance of the awards evening
  2. Invoices will only be issued with the appropriate purchase order reference(s)
  3. Full VAT receipts will be issued to the payee upon full payment
  4. We regret that cancellations cannot be refunded, however we will be happy to change guest names up to 2 days prior to the event
  5. VNU will endeavour to place your table within the requested area, if there is an over booking VNU will contact you and arrange an alternative location as close to your original choice as possible
